What we did: Designed a new warehouse layout, optimised logistics processes, introduced a flexible planning tool and saw the implementation through.
Result: Around 25% less inventory and shorter lead times. Weekly planning effort went from 8 hours to 2 or 3.

Starting point: The ERP project was already under way, but with a lot of friction in the team: a lack of coordination between the departments and the system integrator.
What we did: On board as implementation partner: structured the project, coordinated departments and system integrator, steered progress.
Result: The go-live was achieved successfully and within the planned timeframe. Further projects are being planned.
