Implementation with your people and my partners

I do not build software myself. My role: enable your people, coordinate the implementation, step in where it is needed. I keep an eye on the big picture, train people and support them. The hands-on project work happens mainly inside your company.

I am happy to work with your company's existing partners and suppliers. Where additional know-how is needed, I bring in suitable AI and digitalisation partners from my network. You have one point of contact: me.

Training for your employees

AI only works if your people know how to use it. That is why training is part of the mandate: live AI masterclasses, in stages from beginner to advanced, plus access to the mpacademy learning platform.

Both grew out of my day-to-day mandate work and are offered as an add-on to the mandate, priced by the number of employees.

It begins with a short conversation to clarify whether working together makes sense. If so, we start with the Executive Reality Check: two days on site, clear results.

What does it cost to work with you?

All prices are open on this page: the initial consultation is free of charge. The Executive Reality Check costs € 4,800 as a flat fee, with a value guarantee. The Competitiveness Mandate is € 7,500 per month, minimum term six months, cancel at the end of any six-month term, with a money-back guarantee in the first month. Travel expenses are invoiced separately. There are no hidden day rates.

Do we need AI experience beforehand?

No. I start where your company stands today. Whether you already have projects running or are just getting started: what matters is that you want to work on it in a structured way.

Who implements the solutions?

First and foremost your own people. I coordinate and step in where it is needed. Your company's existing partners or suppliers are welcome too. Where additional know-how is needed, I bring in suitable partners from my network.

How are our employees brought on board?

Through AI masterclasses in several stages, the mpacademy learning platform and direct conversations with the people involved.

What about GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Both are considered from the start: data processing in the EU, clear access rights, documentation in line with the legal minimum. Exactly as much as is needed, and no more.

How is success measured?

Through metrics we agree on beforehand, for example productivity, inventory coverage, margin or lead times.
